On our way out of the village we stopped to see how the local noodles are made - these are pictures of the noodles hanging. The third picture is the noodle making machines which looked like it was a 100 years old - but the funny part of the picture is if you look in the back you can see a guy on the computer (!) The family sitting down is the family that sold the noodles along with the man who was on the computer! As we are standing and looking at the noodles there were dump trucks with huge loads of dirt driving by and I am sure that those noodles carried a heavy load of that dirt by the end of the day!
